CBPP Exhibition 2025

I'm pleased to be exhibiting a new portrait, ‘Ben,’ with the Contemporary British Portrait Painters in our 2025 Exhibition at The Department Store in Brixton this month.

Running from 26th June to 5th July 2025, the exhibition features work by over 60 leading portrait artists, celebrating the range and power of contemporary figurative painting in the UK. Alongside portraits of public figures, the show includes intimate depictions of friends, family, and the self - offering a compelling look at identity and connection in contemporary society.

The CBPP is an artist-led collective that champions collaboration over competition, and excellence without elitism. We aim to support and showcase the richness of contemporary portraiture while building a generous, inclusive community of artists and art lovers alike. The 2025 exhibition is supported by all CBPP members and our sponsors: The Heatherley School of Fine Art, Cass Art, and Avenue Print.
